The History of the building of hotel is the special page. The building is relatively modern? it was built in the middle of twentieth century. But in order to awakens tourist interest for the history of city. I started from gathering information about place from the middle of ninetieth century. I visited archives and searched internet. Even have founded declassified American satellite photos from Cold War period.
